UGONSA POSTPONES “PROPER PLACEMENT” SUMMIT


The University Graduates of Nursing Science Association (UGONSA), also known as Graduate Nurses Association of Nigeria (GNAN) wishes to announce the postponement of its 19th National Professional Conference and Scientific Update slated to hold from Monday 1st October to Friday 5th October, 2018 at Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria, for reasons beyond its control.

The conference is tagged “PROPER PLACEMENT SUMMIT“ as it will be a platform for championing the cause for proper placement of graduates of Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc) degree to be at par with the placement of their counterparts in other core healthcare disciplines.

The summit is hereby postponed and shall hold at a later date to be announced after a stakeholder’s meeting that shall be convoked in the not too distant future.

  2. Greetings, want to be clarified of a pressing issue..
    is it now compulsory that a graduate nurse who had been fully registered with the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria not less than 6yrs ago and working as well be inducted by her department because she just graduated from the university (BnSc)?
