The University Graduates of Nursing Science Association (UGONSA) a.k.a Graduate Nurses Association of Nigeria (GNAN) uses the event of its 19th National Professional Conference and Scientific Update to rally support of Stakeholders in Nigerian Nursing Community towards actualization of Proper Placement of Graduates of Nursing Science degree to be at par with what is obtainable for their counterparts in other core healthcare disciplines.
